What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
I spent a good amount of years trying too hard staying ‘thin’ if not skinny. Obsessed with the weighing scale and losing my shit when it fluctuated or got stuck despite all my desperate efforts. But as soon as I turned 40 about a decade ago, my whole philosophy shifted. With back to back injuries with my knee and planter fisciitis (thanks cardio override) and back issues, I paid more attention to movement, endurance and flexibility as these three are going to see me through the remaining years. I haven’t seen the weighing scale for years now. Good riddance.
